and it rained most of yesterday, which means we will probably have a lot more dandelions than we did two days ago. they really are a neat flower, especially if you look at them up close. I never knew dandelions had so many little curly Q thingies. now I can't wait to inspect them more carefully in person. also, if you want to get a better look at the raindrops, please click on this photo to enlarge. for more yellows, please visit mellow yellow monday.
For something to be considered a weed they sure are pretty! I've always loved dandelions. I like them when they are yellow flowers and also when they are nothing but little balls of fluff :)
Thanks a bunch for visiting my new blog and for the kind words xo
Lily that is a gorgeous photo, I envy your ability with the camera. I have been away to the mountains for a few days and took some photos but none turned out near as good as yours, I will be posting some of them later this week.
You have heard of LI & its many stereotypes? You wonder if they may be true but wish not to risk visiting in the event that they are. Be bold then & visit me daily & I promise I will show you many sides of Long Island that you will be both amazed & inspired by.

I do hope you let them keep growing. Great photo! Thanks for your visit.
I never paid much attention to the curly Q's either. Love the pristine raindrops as well.
Nice shot! I like the combo of green and yellow.
Very beautiful...it's sad that I fight a never ending battle with them in my own grass! I won this time, too. Now I feel guilty...
Beautiful! I love dandelions and what a great choice for MYM.
Here's mine.
Very nice and enjoyable!
The colors are so cheerful -- freshly washed, too! :)
It's gorgeous! Happy MYM!
Mine is here.
Nice macro! I too photographed some dandelions (puffs and yellow) this past weekend, but they were dry!!
