earlier this summer while traveling to massachusetts, I came upon this road sign. I think I like this one as much as I like the picture of the deer I took in vermont. today is mellow yellow monday. if you feel so inclined, please visit drowsey monkey's mellow yellow monday meme to check out all things yellow. & don't forget to add your own bit of yellowness too!
Lovely photo and what a great sign. When I first moved to Los Angeles, I drove to San Diego to see a friend. I was stunned to see warning signs on the 6-lane highways...warning that people might be jumping, by foot, into traffic.
You have heard of LI & its many stereotypes? You wonder if they may be true but wish not to risk visiting in the event that they are. Be bold then & visit me daily & I promise I will show you many sides of Long Island that you will be both amazed & inspired by.

I love this sign! I've had my eye on one just like this on the highway near my home and haven't stopped to photograph it yet. Thanks for sharing it!
That is a great sign. We see lots of signs telling us to watch out for farm equipment but I like this picture better.
We have that sign here too. And we should respect it. ^_^
MYM
Very charming road sign!! I like it.
Great and fun sign!
i like this sign too ;)
Signs are disappearing around here to vegetation too.
Sweet ..
It is nice! Just a little more detail that the one you usually see.
Love these kind of signs: they remind me of my mother taking our oldest son in her car to look for tractors in the countryside close to her house...
Funny, I just saw this sign on the road to Williamstown, MA, but didn't see the tractor!
Thanks for visiting and commenting on my Secluded Lake painting. It's nice to know that someone understands my work!
