mother's day lilacs

lilacs are one of my favorites. luckily for me these seem to be in abundance everywhere you go here on long island. as I walk around my neighborhood I notice their scent is so powerful I seem to smell them in the air before I actually see them.
I have been cutting bunches of them off of my tree arranging them all around our house so that I can enjoy them even when I am not outside.
