need I say more...?

how come the end of the year seemingly happens so quickly? that is the first thing I think of when I see the first holiday decorations out in stores. these christmas trees were on display at the home depot yesterday. I should also add yesterday's high temperature was 64 degrees! is it possible to have indian summer on november 9th? according to wikipedia, it is. I guess with the economy being the way it is holiday merchandise is put out early with the hope that consumers will start spending.

OMG! Is it really that late??? It's not even Thanksgiving yet or in my old age did I miss it??? Time does fly doesn't it? Love your post, Lily, as I always do!

Have a great week, my friend!

Pretty little trees in those red pots. Yes, it´s still too early fro those but why not try? Those will last.

We have the same thought in finding the end of year flying so fast. Those are really pretty red ones. In my country, we do start our Christmas celebration as early as October. :)

Those little trees are lovely but a bit too early for me. I like to start decorating sometime in December

At least they waited until after Halloween,w hich isn't always the case. One thing I like here is that Christmas is not commercialized---New Year's is another story, though.

No you don't to ssy more. It will take only a few more years and we don't have to put away our Christmas stuff.

Wonderful photo, but it's way too early for Xmas. Really. People can't spend what they don't have.

Gosh...Christmas trees already! And I haven't arrived in NY yet! Hope they don't celebrate without me!

In our town, Christmas merchandise appeared before Halloween. I think it's very sad. Let us enjoy today before we consider tomorrow.

Lily, also here it's early for Christmas trees (they will begin about 10th December). Beautiful image. Often I sadly think how time flies!

Cute photo, I am just not ready for the Christmas season yet. I not sure where October went?

"OMG, not yet, I'm not ready!" seems to be the general consensus. And I totally agree, even though I love your photo. Was at Macy's yesterday and they've started with the decorations already too.

They are dressed up so cute, I hope they find a good home! Moving from the north to the southern hemispheres makes Christmas a big shock--but at least you can spend it on the beach!

Ooooo! I love all that RED and green! Great decoration and great photo of it! When I got married years ago on November 20 it was Indian Summer and 80 degrees!
