Eiffel Tower and the Long Island Expressway

I often wonder how many other people notice this mini Eiffel Tower while driving the Long Island Expressway into Manhattan. I wish the designers of this structure made it taller instead of so compressed. Check out this far taller and more elegant looking Eiffel tower I spotted at Home Depot a couple of years ago.
