getting away from it all...

even if it's a simple walk in the woods, it always does me a world of good. seven trees grouped in a circle, my friend calls them seven sisters. these woods happen to be in her backyard in northern virginia, not too far from long island. you can get there in three hours on amtrak if you leave from penn station.
