ghosts and ghouls in garden city

Halloween-Ghosts-in-Garden-City

I had to drive down nassau boulevard in garden city yesterday and caught sight of these ghouls while waiting at a red light. meanwhile, isn't it hard to believe it is october 25th??? only two months until christmas. speaking of which, have you noticed the stores are already pushing out their halloween inventory and replacing it with christmas regalia?

What an interesting and amusing festival Halloween is! It seems that ghosts and ghouls are everywhere until Halloween, and I love to be scared. Yes, really time flys!
Best wishes,
keiko

I hate to be scared. I'm a coward, a pussy-cat, and maybe even wuss. If anything can be wuss than that.
:o)
If I dress up for Hallowe'en, I'll be Winnie-the-Pooh or someone equally unthreatening.

ha, I have to wonder how they got those things up there (and how they will get them down?!). Looks dangerous!

hope you're well, Lily!

As long as drivers are not too distracted... ;-)
It seems as if there were more Halloween decorations out this year than in the previous years. At least around here but not as many as in the 80's.

I agree Lily, they started with the Christmas things in the department stores here at the end of SEPTEMBER!! That's just too silly!
