I know the Soho one! You have BIG rats over there...I'd like to see this one get airborne if you release that cable/weight. But then, maybe he'd deflate....

I'm pretty sure I saw one in New York when we were there -- must have been '08.
This one looks like he has more savoir faire, which probably comes with money. LOL
