seriously, this is not something you see everyday on your neighbors front lawn here in the suburbs of long island. the good thing is, construction is usually a sign of a good economy. so what do you think financially speaking, are things getting any better?

this post is a part of abc wednesday, thanks to mrs. nesbitt. today's letter is Y and yellow begins with Y so, here you go! for more Y representations, please go here.

I think that everything is turning up rose! I sell vintage stuff online and business is really picking up! It's so exciting and such a relief:) Happy ABC Wednesday!
I think that has escaped form the new housing they are building here. Funniest Y for sure.

I'll be the pessimist here. I don't think it's a sign that things are getting better. I think it's just someone having their front lawn cleared.

That said, things will get better. Someday.

The neighbors probably don't appreciate that bulldozer being next door:)

Looks like a major lawn improvement is planned.

PS - liked seeing your toes on the Brooklyn bridge.

If the yard is to be replaced I hope they put in native grasses! That would mean things are getting better for the bugs.

I like how you slipped your Y in there.

We just had a new lawn laid, too! Ours is nice and green now though, it's at the stage where it's getting weekly haircuts! It's all worth it in the long run. ;)
