Long Island Cherry Pie

Long-Island-Cherry-Pie
Actually, I am just calling it Long Island Cherry Pie because I made it and I live on long island - so I figure it qualifies. I got the recipe off of the pie plate my mother in-law gave me years ago and I got the cherries from the cherry tree in our backyard. I wish I had the time to make another one!
