morning fog

yesterday morning started out with fog as well as ended with fog. it seemd like one giant raindrop fell at a time every couple of minutes just as it was getting dark and seemed to keep doing so until I went out again at 9pm. it was the most unusual type of  "rain" I think I've ever experienced. this scene was shot one morning earlier this autumn when we still had an abundance of leaves on the trees.

No fog yesterday, but we sure have it today!

The fog yesterday morning was spectacular, alas my little P&S is having focus issues so all pix I snapped on the way to the subway are not only foggy but fuzzy! That's one excellent foggy day photo, Ms Lily!

Very cool shot! I walked across the Brooklyn Bridge yesterday morning and you couldn't see anything—I could barely see the bridge!

Oh, so that is also unusual in those areas? In this part of the world, fogging is totally unusual so when that happened 1 morning last week, everybody is happy to see the fog in a cold morning. My mind suddenly thought 'is it already 2nd coming or rupture'? Vehicle exhausts mixed with cold temperatures with clouds overhead not allowing the fumes to go up made this lovely scene, but it is not as healthy as it looks.
