So much of snow! Calls in for lot of work too I guess. Stay warm and take care.
After slogging through the Brooklyn slush, my commute was entirely underground—so no problem! Oh, well . . .
a perfect capsule photo about life in snow.
I'm so very grateful I don't have to commute to work any more. I did it for a zillion years, at least.
My favorite winter, however, was one when I had all the power, apparently.
I was nervous about my 45-minute commute to the city, and I was working nights, so I bought four (4) studded (yes) snow tires. There was not a single flake of snow in or near Vancouver, BC, that winter. Everyone at work thanked me.
Studded snows are probably illegal now, or I would suggest you try it. It's never too late.

You have much snow indeed! Very nice picture, Lily!
You're the third East Coast blog I've checked this a.m. and it's snow all over! Selfishly, glad it's over there....and it makes excellent photos, like yours!
What should I say? We live in Phoenix, Arizona...
I do not need to commute anymore, but if I did it would have been easy. You do have a ton of snow there and it is beautiful, makes me shiver to see it though. Stay Warm.
hee hee...
Speaking of Starbucks...
;-D
My commute was easy - we're still waiting for any real snow here in Colorado Springs! Nice shot, very peaceful, which isn't common on Long Island.
wow, incredible you got so much snow. It dissipated quite quickly over here, with all the traffic.
