This is gorgeous. This is what winter shadows are all about, decorating white houses! Really.

That house is a perfect canvas for decorative shadows! How lovely! And I like the round shrubs. I often see those and think to myself how clever they are to grow so perfectly round like that. And I wonder why mine don't. I must have bought the duds! ;D

Thanks so much for your kind words about my photo blocks!

Your photo is sooooooooooo charming!!! It's like a welcoming mat to enter the home and find friendship and/or a family filled with warmth.

Mine this week is a heron casting its shadow near the marina.

It's interesting how the tree fits the house!

Lily, you always seem to capture the most wonderful images. I love a sunny day in winter the shadows seems so much crisper than in summer.

This is a great shot, even though not recent. I browsed back a bit and see that you were really hit by snow! Some here, but it's almost all gone.

this is my first Shadow Shot Sunday- and I had to go back in time for a captured shadow
I like your crystal clear capture of the shadow and branches. Very well done.
Hi Lily!! Happy New Year to you :) Love your photo...you'd never know by that green grass that it was from December though! Enjoy your week!
