these tiger lilies were transplanted from my grandmother's garden to my parent's garden and then to mine. I wait for them every year to make their appearance and they do so without fail.today's post is dedicated toshadow shot sunday. if you want to join in the fun, please visit hey harriet'sshadow shot sunday meme. and a big thank you to tracy for hosting shadow shot sunday too.
What a beautiful picture of a beautiful flower! I love tiger lilies. That is so neat that they were transplanted from your grandmother's garden, to your parents, to yours. I remember when I was a girl we had this type of flower in our yard.
Absolutely beautiful. and how nice that they've moved from one generation to the next. I wish I could garden. I have black thumbs. And that's the truth.
You have heard of LI & its many stereotypes? You wonder if they may be true but wish not to risk visiting in the event that they are. Be bold then & visit me daily & I promise I will show you many sides of Long Island that you will be both amazed & inspired by.
