Coffee at the Beach

With coffee in hand, I arrived before nine AM to a fairly crowded beach with masses of Long Islanders right behind me. With the humidity being what it has been lately the beach was a welcome reprieve for sure.
If you don't mind the rocks and seashells one needs to traverse to get past the waves, the water was cold but bearable and very refreshing - like hydrotherapy at the spa. There's nothing like a cold soak to get the blood moving.
