Still Life with Milkfat and Patriotic Colors

I snapped this grainy photo at the John Papas Cafe in East Hampton one Summer as I stopped for a very early morning breakfast with Ian & Anthony en route to Montauk, NY for a little vacation/family time. We've stopped here before, over the years. Speaking of which, it's been at least a few since we've been there. Imagine Belgian waffles, pancakes, eggs over easy, orange juice & coffee.
