Very pretty landscape! And the white of the snow certainly makes the shadows distinctive!

Very nice, I love the shadows on the snow. I hope to get up into the Sierra for some shots like this before the season ends.

Oh I love the shadows caused by the sunshine on the white, white snow!! Good one!

That's lovely. The tree shadows appear to stretch for miles!

So, no I didn't make any. I know I'll just break them like I do every other year, so I've given up now :)

If you have made some, all the best with them!

Beautiful landscape shadows!

Tracy is right - "in one year and out the other". I don't make resolutions any more. Just keep on keeping on

any one would listen!! Lovely shadows on the snow!

I never make resolutions, they're easier to keep that way ;)

I love the strong lines of the trees, very pretty

I love trees in snow, I just want to walk amongst them!

I agree, that is just enough snow to be pretty. Beautiful shot.
And I don't make resolutions on New Year's, although I do make them from time to time throughout the year.

I really enjoy how much 'country' there is in LI. There are rolling hills here and there, which is nice.

Not sure about resolutions. Taking more photos, certainly, sticking to my gym routine, cooking more (is that a contradiction with item #2?) and just enjoying life!

I suspect you're tired of the snow (I know I would be), but from a distance it's lovely and the trees cast great shadows ;-)
Hugs and blessings,
