suburban light effect

I don't like these lights at night when they are all lit up. I like them much better here in this picture. a small prize goes to the person who can tell me (by Sunday June 1, 2008) where on long island these lights reside. all you have to do is leave a comment with the correct answer and you will get a surprise, I mean prize! Well, I guess they aren't much different...
