missing kitty

this is so sad. I came upon this sign while out walking yesterday and thought maybe just by chance someone who can help might see this here. the owner told me he was lost in the village of farmingdale, between conklin street and prospect street. he responds to the name of kitty and if you click on this photo, you will be able to see the upper right hand corner of his right eye has a distinct arch to it. he's approximately two years old and according to his owner he is a little portly. my heart goes out to this family. it would be so nice if someone knew where kitty is and could help return him to his home. if you have any information please contact 420-1709.

It's good of you to put this on your blog.
My friend Lisa had hers missing for a day or so, but they came back.
My sister lost a cat in a snow storm years ago. It's so sad.

Perhaps the kitty has gone for a little stroll and then he'll come back. I hope a happy ending!

sad. strangely I live at Conklin & Prospect (opposite Staples Street) and don't recognize those houses. There are a bunch of ferral cats that neighbors in that area feed cats all the time. I will keep an eye out while I'm walking to the station daily.

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. I am sure Kitty's family appreciates them very much.

Fellow F'daler, this sign was posted at the corner of Cobb place & Prospect, about a block away from Roslyn Savings Bank. The signs were hung up & down the street.
Thanks for looking!
