a room with a view

I'm wondering if anyone can guess exactly where this window is looking out too? I will tell you this, unfortunately, it is not my summer home and yes, it is a beach somewhere on long island.  I will be posting some other hints over the next few days. maybe someone will figure it out. happy thursday everyone.
