...on long island. I wanted to show you the multitude of cherries that are gracing our tree in our backyard here on long island. every june we are treated to their shades of yellow, orange and red, they are beautiful to see. as I was photographing, a storm began to brew. it was wonderful to watch. it seemed to start suddenly. we had a severe thunderstorm warning for a couple of hours but we were lucky, we didn't lose any power and suffered no damage.
