radio city music hall

is so beautiful inside. you can pretty much sit anywhere in the hall and enjoy the show. I got to see willie nelson at radio city the other night and he was amazing. the woman next to me started to weep as he sang help me make it through the night. for great pics of willie singing with nora jones as well as jakob dylan's performance, go here.

what a lovely lobby! in all the time I've lived in NY (since 1969), I've NEVER been to Radio City Music Hall. I think 2009 will be my "Tourist" year, when I do all those things...I'm planning on 2009 being a Darn Good Year :-)

The woman started to weep? That is pretty heavy. Even though the song isn't. Old Willie gets em every time!

I love Radio City Hall and I love the venue as a concert hall. It's not too large and not too small. It's perfect for me to see a performance there. ;-)

The older buildings like this have so much more class than newer buildings of the 'stacked ice cube tray' school of architecture. "Louis" got so caught up in looking at the image - he almost forgot to read that you were there to hear Willie Nelson... ;-)

Huge Jakob Dylan fan... we were there as well! The sound was phenomenal. Great Venue! Hadn't been there in a long long time. Even had to visit the rest room and take in all the art deco decor...

Had never seen Willie Nelson before and he was interesting. We did not stay for the entire thing.
