early morning on jericho turnpike





normally this new post would have been up eleven hours ago. I blame it on the time change!
while sitting at the stop sign, I was reminded why I like traveling up and down jericho turnpike. it seems like every time I drive down this road I see something new. check out the different shops by clicking on the photo to enlarge it for a better view.

I really enjoy browsing round small businesses and shops. They're usually more interesting than chains..

I agree with you all 100%
& the amazing thing is, most of the businesses in this area have remained open. I've only noticed one or two that have closed down.

A. Borra Electric was the first little league team I played for way back in 1972, 73. I love the two letter designation in the phone number.
