I know, it's been four whole days since my last flower picture - but that last post I did with flowers in it were fake so that doesn't really count right? do you believe I found these while waiting behind a long line of cars on the seaford oyster bay expressway (aka the S.O.B.) ? aren't they pretty?
They are gorgeous, you seem to find the most amazing subjects in the least likely places. You inspire me to pay closer attention to my surroundings. This photo would also make a lovely painting, with your permission I would love to use it as a reference photo.
Seriously, you took this from your car? Well done! These ARE beautiful, and this time of year I have a hard time not posting flowers every day—so go ahead and keep 'em coming!
You have heard of LI & its many stereotypes? You wonder if they may be true but wish not to risk visiting in the event that they are. Be bold then & visit me daily & I promise I will show you many sides of Long Island that you will be both amazed & inspired by.

Have a nice day. Costas
They are beautiful.
I am also hungry. I initially read that as "seafood oyster bar." Sounded really good, not like a freeway.
yes they are ;)
Beauty is often found where we least expect it. I love these flowers.
Oh, so beautiful! Don't you love the dark pink buds.
Keep the flower pictures coming! I love them. These are so delicate. Do you know what kind of tree it is? Cherry?

Very pretty and so delicate!
Very nice! They're apple blossoms, aren't they? We have them in our backyard. They come out only once every three years or so.
Excellent photo...and great use of traffic snarl.
Happy Earth Day!
Lovely!
