in honor of our veterans and the men and women serving our country today, 200 flags have been erected in front of the farmingdale public library. the flags will be on view until december 4th. if you'd like to honor a veteran by sponsoring a flag, please visit the kiwanis club here. all proceeds will benefit our veterans.
You have heard of LI & its many stereotypes? You wonder if they may be true but wish not to risk visiting in the event that they are. Be bold then & visit me daily & I promise I will show you many sides of Long Island that you will be both amazed & inspired by.

Is there a Veteran's Parade in your neck of the woods?
I'm all for Veteran's Day. Watching the parades in person has made me an ardent fan.
