driving through this shopping center in plainview this telephone booth caught my eye. I can't remember the last time I saw a phone booth, never mind such a fancy one. when I stopped to investigate I found it to be empty! who is the super hero that needs a phone booth to change in? perhaps with the proliferation of cell phones the people of this town decided to help him out.
Hi there, and thank you for visiting my blog! This is my first time on yours, and I like what I see. Love these English phone booths! And here in a town about 70 kms north of Belgrade, artists painted horses a year or so ago, and I have some photos somewhere. Your "night out in front of the garage" photo made me homesick....we used to do this kind of thing in Penna. when I was a kid.
I'll be back!

LOL! Empty, huh? Yeah, I see fewer phonebooths in the city these days. Almost everyone has a cell phone
Sally thanks for visiting. I enjoy your site tremendously.
Bibi, I like your blog alot as well. I have seen these horses around different parts of Long Island-I wonder if they are by the same artist. Paz, I guess it's just a decoration, though I often wonder about that small percentage of people who don't use cell phones. what do they do when they need a phone?

Wouldn't it be cool to have a portable one for Chris as he gets his fire suit on to get in the jetvan???
