at dusk. the city of long beach is a developed residential beach where one may access the beach directly from the street. many of the houses are small bungalows that people use for the summer. although it is definitely a beach town many residents live there year round. after labor day these same year round residents breathe a collective sigh of relief as their summer guests depart leaving them a less crowded neighborhood with greater access to parking.
