last sunday at the beach

please click on photo to see more details

there is no telling exactly how many days we have left before it will be too cold to swim in the ocean or too windy to sit on the beach. I was reluctant to go sunday morning because it was a little chilly outside. it wound up being hotter on the beach than it was inland and the water was warm too. I have to say, I really can't believe we are half way through september!

this post is a part of my world tuesday. to share a part of yours or just see more of others, please go here, thanks to klaus for hosting with his team of helpers, sandy, wren, fishing guy and louise.

I was just thinking the same thing, Lily! Where has the summer gone? Such a lovely shot of your beach! Guess we have to enjoy them as long as we can!

Have a great week! Thanks as always for your comments! Always appreciated!

Glad you decided to go and enjoy before fall arrives for good. Love the long, low cloud here.

What a nice scene. It's been far too long since I've been to the beach.

The water is always warm in September after the long, hot summer - my favorite time to visit the ocean. Lovely photo.

Its going to be warmish at least til Sept 28 when Yom Kippur is over ... the High Holy Days are 'late' this year.

Nice waves there, Lily.
Sometimes I also think to be still in summer!

What a terrific scene, but a bit nostalgic because it is indeed a scene soon to be over ... love fall but hate the thought of the icy, cold weather. Thanks for visiting my ABC Wednesday blog. Come again!
