I took this while at the beach last sunday. the sky was so blue and most of the clouds were close to the earth just like this one. none of them seemed to be blocking the sun, at least not around where we were.

I photographed Sunday's sky (and posted for Sky Watch) too; however, you have those puffy clouds hovering over the sand. Unbelieveable!
