skies and other interesting things
while waiting at a red light in traffic I love to have my camera ready so I can spy different scenes through its viewfinder. jericho turnpike is a good place to do this because every time you drive down it, you notice something new. first this particular group of buildings caught my eye.
interesting to look at, don't you think? click on the photo if you'd like a closer look.
then I noticed the tops of these same buildings and how pretty the sky looked as their backdrop, even with all the wires involved. the wires seemed to add a certain something to the scene.
after which I noticed this design in the sky, as seen in the photo below. I love the colors and shapes and different textures.
today is skywatch friday, if you'd like to see more skies from all around the world or if you'd like to add your own sky, please go here, thanks to klaus and his team, sandy, wren, fishing guy, louise and sylvia

I was staring at the wall of that house. It has a beautiful facade but the side is 'raw' or 'naked'.
I've seen those before abroad but never in Finland. You're not allowed to build like that...
Have a great weekend!
It is awesome to just take out your camera and click away when we see something of interest!
Thanks for sharing these and also for your comment on my SWF host photo :)
Hugs and blessings,
