when I look at this photograph I feel very lucky that I live in a place where it takes me all of twenty minutes to get to a beautiful beach. I guess that is one of the cool things about living on an island surrounded by beaches! yesterday there were blue skies with blue water with a hint of green in it. it was that color water that you see down in the florida keys. it's not like that everyday in the summer, but yesterday it was.

It takes me 5 mins on foot for me to hit the beach, and I know exactly how you feel. Bet yours is warmer though.

Thanks for your visit to my blog; I apppreciate it. Your location is ideal for summer, isn't it. We have lakes in MN but an ocean shoreline is something else again!

The water looks lovely and the whole beach very enticing. We live about 30 minutes from the beach and we live on an island too - a HUGE island!! Hee hee.
