I is for Irish, as in Irish cupcakes



I bought these from fairway as a surprise for my son when I picked him up from school the other day. we're not irish but today is st. patrick's day and I believe on saint patrick's day everyone is irish! today also happens to be abc wednesday & quite unbelievably, today's letter is I, do you believe it? of course I had to post about something Irish. how could I not? please visit abc wednesday and join in the fun and while you're at it, have a happy saint patrick's day!

Everyday, at about 3 in the afternoon, my snack craving kicks in. If I pass nearby a Fairway store in my travels tomorrow-those cupcakes look perfect. Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

It appears that there is a wee bit of the Irish in me, since I've traced back my great-great-grandfather to that land, although I haven't found his birth certificate yet, so I can't be sure. I choose to believe it gives me the right to eat one of those delicious looking cupcakes though! LOL!
