sweet sixteen party at oheka castle

these lovely ivy shadows projected onto the castle wall seem like a pretty ingenious way to decorate for an affair to remember. ian's friend had her sweet sixteen party at oheka castle last night. her mom is a gifted and generous woman who really knows how to plan unforgettable events. below is a photo of the castle taken earlier when I first dropped ian off.
please visit  hey harriet's, 'shadow shot sunday'  meme if you want to join in the fun or if you'd like to see more shadows. & a big thank you to tracy for hosting shadow shot sunday too.

The shadows are fabulous, do you think Ian's friends mom would adopt me? The party had to have been a success.

Watching former President Clinton on The Daily Show I am stealing a remark he made about his daughter's recent wedding .. (I paraphrase) he said he wanted her to have her dream wedding .. it was his effort to help the economy and he was surprised the unemployment #s didnt drop the day after the wedding ...

I suspect the mother of the birthday girl also contributed significantly to both the economy and the employment situation.
