shells and shadows

Shells-and-Shadows-Robert-Moses-Beach-NY

I took this shot while walking out towards the jetty the other week. I love it when I see evidence of this type of play and creativity. doesn't the beach and nature in general, seem to bring out the best in people?
today's post is dedicated to shadow shot sunday. if you want to join in the fun, please visit  hey harriet's shadow shot sunday meme. and a big thank you to tracy for hosting shadow shot sunday too.

What a great find....altho, I'd probably be one of those nasty kinds of people and grab the shells and run home with 'em.

Stop by if you find time and see my

Have a terrific Sunday.

Somebody had a lot of fun perching those seashells on top of the fence!

COMPADRES

Shadows above me,
Shadows below;
Some shadows swift and
Some shadows slow;
All of these shadows,
It’s plain to see,
Are my compadres—
Sweet company!

very sweet. I like how the shells are located just between the two upright posts.

a walk on the beach sounds very relaxing right now!
