reflections on a chevy



if you click on this photo to enlarge, the license plate says, 'being rebuilt at cap a radiator.' this is where I get my gas tank filled two or three times a week. remember this car I posted about a couple of weeks ago? you guessed it, cap a radiator. remember this car I posted about last summer? nope, not from cap a radiator, but I am wondering if the one pictured here will ever get to look as good.

I think it's hard that anything may reflect on this less than shiny surface. It's really better the reflection than the car itself

In Malaysia, one might suspect that the owner up set someone and had formic acid splashed on the car. Wosrt still id splashed on the person.

My first car in 1962 was a 54 Chevy pale green and cream ( I was sixteen)....and I paid $50. dollars and it was a dream to drive as the quality of the metal and paint was remarkable..oh how I remember the days...

It looks a bit like my old Nova- it was that kind of green color. I loved it. Once aily drove to Glen Cove and back to Amityville in it. I passed it on to someone who drove it into the ground, probably. Nice memory photo.
