snowman with the claus family

there seems to be a hodgepodge of everything in this display I found over at hicks nurseries. every year they set up an animated story that is especially neat for the little ones. at the end of the walk through they have a collection where you may contribute to help feed the hungry on long island.

A laudable intention.
Very fine image, Lily.

That looks like a crazy kind of fun display. I really like the idea of the fundraising for the hungry people of Long Island. It's so sad to realise that there are many people who are homeless and hungry. And of course the many families who are simply doing it hard & struggling during the festive season. Good to know that there are people helping out :)

I forgot that about Hicks! We always go there to see Otto the Ghost at Halloween. If we're not snowed in this weekend, maybe we'll take a ride.

We were just there last Saturday. Really great job on the display this year. I actually posted some of those pics on my Facebook Page. First time this year I felt like I was in the holiday spirit.

Love the family. ;-)

I love what they're doing to help the needy. Good cause.

what a cute scene!
they should invent another holiday for the end of the winter, so we all have another thing to look forward to
