Looks delicious! I love smoked kielbasa. My grandparents came from Russia and Poland and we always had kielbasa. I was raised Russian Orthodox and Easter follows later, according to the Gregorian calendar. Instead of palms on Palm Sunday, we'd get pussy willows. At the beginning of Lent, we started off with a blini (a pancake that's made with buckwheat).

Hope you had a wonderful, blessed Easter!

I grew up eating kielbasa & though now I am a veggie, I still enjoy all the babka & pierogies. Thanks for sharing your interesting history Luv!

Hi paz. I always get nervous cooking for people but everyone seemed happy!
