this polish donut is called paczki, pronounced pontski. basically a jelly donut yet unlike any other jelly donut I have ever eaten. perfectly fresh but not ridiculously sugar laden. I split this one with my son immediately upon exiting the dudek bakery in copaigue. sorry, I didn't get a photo of the babka from yesterday, I hope this makes up for it.
