I love marigolds. I plant them all over my yard in the spring. some go in pots and some go directly into the ground around our perennial flower beds that need a little filling in here and there.

And here I thought I was the only person who likes the fragrance of marigolds! They are such cheery little flowers!
Sorry to say that marigold are not flowers I cherish much. But being flowers they deserve all the attention.

I think most other flowers are jealous of marigolds. Except may roses and the like.

Sweet marigolds .. all mine died .. too much rain, not enough drain ... and then the begonias/impatiens were dug up by over zealous squirrels .. sigh .. so pretty ...
N’ayant pu, malgré mes démarches en ce sens, faire valoir mes droits en justice - j’ai en effet contacté des responsables, des institutions et personne n’a pour l’instant voulu m’apporter son soutien, pourtant nécessaire. Cela a eu toutefois le mérite de faire passer un petit peu mon témoignage - j’ai donc décidé de faire un scandale, le plus énorme possible et c’est pourquoi je fais circuler en masse, où je le peux, dès que je le peux, l’adresse de deux blogs que, pour l’instant, j’ai pu publier à la suite de ces démarches infructueuses, dans l’espoir qu’à force de tapage, cela suscite suffisamment d’interrogations de la part des gens pour que je puisse enfin voir les faits que je relate au moins examinés par la justice et être entendue. C’est tout ce que je demande.

I planted marigolds once because - I know I'm vain - they have my name in them. But they died. Or perhaps I killed them. Some people have green thumbs. Mine. Are. Black.
