cute halloween costumes

I snapped this during my trip to huntington last weekend. this shop is called the instructor's choice and they sell active wear. I thought it was a pretty creative idea to dress up their mannequins in halloween costumes. it's very simple yet very effective. the lighting and color make for a very inviting display.
do you have a favorite halloween costume from when you were a child?

Yes, the shop is inviting and the display well presented. Your shop-windows images are always very interesting.

ah...I love Huntington! I've only been there a couple times driving thru and have wanted to saunter down the streets. It's a cute little place.

I have an award for you at my blog :-)

A great window! I love the pumpkin/ghost.
When I was a child I always wanted to be a gypsy. Loved the bangles and beads and the swirling skirt. Our costumes were always home-made.

Very cute - makes you want to be a little girl again, doesn't it?

I miss all the Halloween festivities in the US. I still make pumpkin pies, carve jack o'lanterns when I can find them (here their pumpkins are really thick; good for eating, but hard to carve.) I was once a One-eyed, One-horned Flying Purple People Eater, in honor of the song way back when, and won first prize!

So cute. Today I saw a little girl with a Bat Girl costume. She was so proud of her costume.

What a super cute window display! Love the little pumpkin person! I've never worn a halloween costume because halloween is not really celebrated here in Australia. Wish it was because it looks so much fun! October in America must be filled with lots of wonderful creepy yet cheerful sights!

Thanks so much for your sweet comment on my SSS post. Made me blush! xo
